Connect your account
Sign in and connect your Google or Zoom account so the companion can see your upcoming meetings. We request least-privilege scopes — read-only for Google; read-only for Zoom apart from the two narrow write scopes needed to attach the bot and start recording, disclosed in full in our Privacy Policy.

At the scheduled time, the companion joins your Zoom or Google Meet call as a participant so it can listen to the conversation.

How we use Google data
When you connect a Google account, Elsa Meeting Companion requests read-only access to your Google Calendar (to detect upcoming meetings), Google Meet space metadata (to join the correct call), and Google Meet audio (to analyze the conversation and generate your private speaking feedback). We use this data solely to deliver the speaking-improvement feature described above and surface it only to you. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train generalized AI models.
How we use Zoom data
When you connect Zoom — either individually via the user-managed OAuth app or through a workspace-level install by your admin — Elsa Meeting Companion requests a least-privilege scope set covering your Zoom meetings, participant lists, cloud recordings, and basic profile. Most scopes are read-only; two are narrow write scopes used solely to attach the Meeting Companion bot to your call or start cloud recording when required. We use that data solely to detect your meetings, capture the recording after the call, and generate your private speaking feedback. Zoom cloud recordings are downloaded, analyzed, and then subject to your retention policy. We never sell Zoom data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train generalized AI models.
