Once I purchase ELSA PRO, what access do I have?

You will have access to all features and all contents on ELSA, with unlimited number of lessons to practice. You will also have access to ongoing new contents that we release on a regular basis.

Once I purchase ELSA PRO, how long do I have access to the content for?

It depends on the membership package that you choose. Your access to content will expire when your membership expires. If you purchase a Lifetime membership, you will always have lifetime access with lifetime customer support.

When will new lessons and new content be available on ELSA?

We release new content every two weeks, with about 10-15 new lessons per release, across multiple topics. If you have any topic you want to practice, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request (if there's enough demand for the same topic).

Does ELSA have a PC/Laptop version?

For now, ELSA only runs on Android/iOS. We are not available on operating systems such as PC/Laptop, Blackberry, or Windows Phone.

Can I continue using ELSA Pro after changing to new devices? If I uninstall the app, can I still have my purchased content back?

Yes. Please install ELSA again, use your Pro account to login, hit the restore button (Profile => Get ELSA Pro => Restore purchase) and follow the instructions.

Will ELSA be automatically updated to Pro right after I purchase? What do I get after the payment?

If you purchase ELSA directly via iTunes/Google/Viettel store: your account should be automatically activated. If you purchase ELSA via Paypal/bank transfer: Once you submit your payment, the ELSA team will email you an activation code within 24 hours and detailed instruction to unlock ELSA.

Can I use ELSA on an iPad or Android Tablet?

Yes, you can. However, please note that for iPad, you still need to download it on the iTunes store. ELSA might not be fully supported on large devices so some design elements might be distorted.
