- Open the email from ELSA Speak.
- Hover over the sender name (e.g., “ELSA Speak”).
- A small contact card will pop up.
- Click “Add to Contacts” (the icon of a person with a User icon and a plus➕).
📬 Outlook (Web & Desktop)
- Open an email from ELSA.
- Right-click the sender’s name or email address.
- Select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to Safe Senders.”
💌 Yahoo Mail
- Open the email.
- Hover over our name or click the sender address.
- Click “Add to Contacts.”
📱 Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- Tap or click the email address at the top of the message.
- Select “Add to VIP” or “Add to Contacts.”
🔒 ProtonMail
- Open the email from ELSA.
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right.
- Choose “Add to contacts.”
💻 AOL Mail
- Open an email from ELSA.
- Hover over the sender’s name.
- Click “Add Contact.”
📩 Zoho Mail
- Open the email.
- Click the sender’s name or address.
- Select “Add to Contacts.”
✉️ Any Other Provider
- Look for an option to add the sender to “Contacts,” “Whitelist,” or “Safe Senders.”
- Or, mark the email as “Not Spam” if it appears in your spam folder.
