How to Make Sure ELSA Emails Reach Your Inbox

To make sure you receive all your personalized tips, updates, and offers, follow the steps below based on your email provider:

📧 Gmail (Web & Mobile)

  1. Open the email from ELSA Speak.
  2. Hover over the sender name (e.g., “ELSA Speak”).
  3. A small contact card will pop up.
  4. Click “Add to Contacts” (the icon of a person with a User icon and a plus➕).

📬 Outlook (Web & Desktop)

  1. Open an email from ELSA.
  2. Right-click the sender’s name or email address.
  3. Select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to Safe Senders.”

💌 Yahoo Mail

  1. Open the email.
  2. Hover over our name or click the sender address.
  3. Click “Add to Contacts.”

📱 Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  1. Tap or click the email address at the top of the message.
  2. Select “Add to VIP” or “Add to Contacts.”

🔒 ProtonMail

  1. Open the email from ELSA.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right.
  3. Choose “Add to contacts.”

💻 AOL Mail

  1. Open an email from ELSA.
  2. Hover over the sender’s name.
  3. Click “Add Contact.”

📩 Zoho Mail

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the sender’s name or address.
  3. Select “Add to Contacts.”

✉️ Any Other Provider

  1. Look for an option to add the sender to “Contacts,” “Whitelist,” or “Safe Senders.”
  2. Or, mark the email as “Not Spam” if it appears in your spam folder.
