How to cancel ELSA subscriptions

There are 2 ways to register an ELSA subscription: via the ELSA website (ELSASPEAK.COM) or in-app purchase (by Google Play or Apple). If you subscribed to a subscription from ELSA’s websites, follow the guide for website subscription. If you subscribed to a subscription from the ELSA app, follow the guide for in-app subscription.

A. WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS:

This instruction only applies for subscriptions/trials from ELSASPEAK.COM websites using a credit/debit card as a payment method. If you have an in-app subscription, please see the section B below.

Option 1: Click the link and add the email of your ELSA account https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/eVa3gjez0dBDcykcMM.

You will receive an email to log in to the customer portal, and from there, you can manage the subscription. Make sure to use the exact email of your ELSA account with the active subscription.

Option 2: Cancel from the ELSA receipt: open the ELSA receipt ( that was sent to your email ELSA account) and click on the “Manage subscription” button to cancel.

If you have problems canceling, please contact us at [email protected] and provide the following information: The last digits of the credit/debit card used for the subscription, your name on the card, and your receipt.

B. IN-APP SUBSCRIPTION:

  • Click here to cancel your automatic subscription

2. If you subscribed via an Apple Device/AppStore:

Here are the Terms and Conditions for Apple where you can find out more about the auto-renewal function.
Click here to cancel your automatic subscription

If you cannot see the button Cancel Free Trial/Subscription, that means the subscription was already canceled successfully. No further action is needed in this case.

General important notes:

  • All subscriptions are renewed automatically unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the last day. Deleting the app or purchasing a different subscription will not help cancel any existing subscription you have.
  • After canceling the subscription, your subscription/free trial will remain active until the indicated expiration date. In addition, you will no longer be charged on the next billing date.
  • Canceling a subscription does not mean the money will be returned. If you’d like to request a refund for the payment made, please refer to this page.
  • If your subscription was activated using a voucher code, or if you received 1 month Pro from a friend referral program, you do not need to cancel the subscription. The account will automatically switch to free at the end of the subscription without recurring charges.
