1. Can I make a one-time payment?

Yes. To make a one-time payment, please send us an inquiry email at [email protected], or fill out the “Request a Demo” form at ELSA for Business. In the field marked “Detail of your inquiry,” please specify the number of licenses and period of time (3, 6 or 12 months) you are interested in.

2. Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at [email protected]. Your plan will not be renewed and you won’t be billed for the next round of licenses. However, you will still have access to the ELSA’s Partner Portal and the licenses until the end of your current subscription period.

3. What payment options are available?

You can pay by credit card directly from the page you are on right now, or you can email us at [email protected] if you prefer to pay by bank transfer or Paypal.

4. What do I get from the plan?

With an ELSA Pro Business plan, you can create classes/departments, assign teachers/team leads, and invite learners/team members to your organization. An ELSA Pro licence is then given to each individual in your organization, and acts as their 24/7 English speaking coach.

As the administrator, you can create assignments and homework from the ELSA Portal, as well as export reports for your team, students, or their parents. You’ll be able to monitor the level of engagement (number of lessons or minutes practiced) and the progress of each individual, team, and the entire organization. The Portal also allows you to easily manage your organization’s purchases in the “Plans and Payments” tab.

5. How and when do I assign learners to the license?

Once you have purchased the licenses and your organization has been set up in ELSA Portal, you can activate the licenses for your learners by inviting them using their emails. You should assign the licenses to your learners within 2 weeks of the purchase date to make the most of your subscription.

Two weeks after the purchase date, unassigned licenses will activate automatically. You can still assign learners to these licenses, but the start date will remain as the date that is 2 weeks after your purchase, and the time until expiration will be counted down from this same date as well. This means that if you assign a license to a learner more than 2 weeks after your purchase date, the subscription length will be shorter than what you applied for in the beginning.

6. Can I replace learners for the licenses?

15% of the total license purchases are eligible to be replaced. If an employee or student leaves your organization, you can reassign the license to another employee or student.
