If you paid for a subscription and received a voucher code. Please follow the instruction below to activate this voucher code to upgrade your account.
Step 1: Open the activation page
Go to: https://elsaspeak.com/app/activate-voucher-code
Important: This link must be opened in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.). Voucher codes cannot be activated in the ELSA app.
Step 2: Log in to your ELSA account.
If you have not created an account: you can register for an account by clicking “Continue with Google/Facebook/Apple” or Enter your email and create an account with Email and Password.
If you have an existing account: you can login with the same credentials.
The voucher will be applied to the account you use to log in.
- Make sure you choose the correct login method (Email / Google / Facebook / Apple ID).
- If you are unsure which login you used, open the ELSA app > Profile > Edit Profile and check the login email and login method.
Step 3: Enter your code
Copy and paste your voucher code into the box, then click Redeem.
Step 4: Update your ELSA app and log in to ELSA account.
On your phone or tablet, update ELSA app to make sure you have the latest version. Go to App-store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and look up ELSA Speak.
Log in again using the same ELSA account you used to redeem the code.
Step 5: Check your membership
In the app, go to Profile and confirm that your membership status has been updated.
COMMON ISSUES
1/ Error: Code is invalid or expired.
- Once a code has been activated, it cannot be redeemed again. Please try re-installing the ELSA app and check if your account has already been upgraded.
- If you believe your code should still be valid, please contact us for further support.
2/ The button of Facebook/Google/Apple login does not respond when being clicked.
Clicking those buttons will open a pop-up window to log in with FB/Google/Apple account. If the pop-up does not appear, check if your browser is blocking the pop-ups in settings.
Example: If you use Safari, go to Apple device settings > Safari > Turn off “Block pop-up”
3/ Code was activated. Now how can I log in to ELSA?
After the code was activated successfully, please return to the ELSA app on your mobile phone/tablet to study.
ELSA Speak is a mobile app, so it is not accessible on a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox…).
- Click here to install the app if you use an Apple device.
- Click here to install the app if you use an Android device.
After you have installed the ELSA app into your device, you can log in to your ELSA account to study.
