Team: B2C Sales

Location: HCMC, Vietnam

1. Responsibilities:

·        Make calls, consult according to available data provided by Marketing team activities

·        Understand the benefits, functions, and distinct competitive advantages of the ELSA Speak application to communicate to customers accurately, convincingly, and help close sales successfully.

·        Update customer information, order information accurately and timely on the customer management system (CRM) according to the company's guideline process

·        Report sales, daily activities to superiors

·        Coordinate with the Marketing department to optimize the quality of contacts and deeply understand the target customer profile.

·        Support translation, optimize tools and operating procedures, contribute to ensuring the overall goal of the project.

2. Requirements:

·        Having experience in Telesales, Sales, Customer care is a plus point.

·        Inspiring, clear, fluent voice over the phone.

·        Good level of Thai and English/ Thai and Vietnamese language: fluent communication, ability to read and write, translate.

·        Understanding the challenges of learning English.

·        Proficient in the use of popular computer software for work.

·        Culture of development projects: willing to work when necessary, professional coordination, serious.
