How do I redeem the promo code?

* If you already have an account and downloaded the ELSA app

  1. Open the ELSA app
  2. Go to the Profile Tab
  3. Enter the promo code and click REDEEM.
  4. Log in with your ELSA profile
  5. Select a monthly or annual ELSA Pro/Premium plan (for after your free trial ends).
  6. Proceed to payment via ApplePay or GooglePay (you will only be charged if you continue with Pro or Premium after your free trial ends).
  7. Start learning with ELSA Pro/Premium!

** If you already downloaded the app but have not created an ELSA account

  1. Open the ELSA app
  2. Go to the Profile Tab
  3. Enter the promo code and click REDEEM.
  4. Create an ELSA profile by signing up, or log in if you already have an ELSA profile
  5. Select a monthly or annual ELSA Pro/Premium plan (for after your free trial ends).
  6. Proceed to payment via ApplePay or GooglePay (you will only be charged if you continue with Pro or Premium after your free trial ends).
  7. Start learning with ELSA Pro/Premium!

  1. Visit https://elsaspeak.com/redeem-promo-code in a browser or on mobile web browser.
  2. Enter the promo code and click REDEEM.
  3. Create an ELSA profile by signing up
  4. Select a monthly or annual ELSA Pro/Premium plan (for after your free trial ends).
  5. Submit your credit card information (you will only be charged if you continue with Pro or Premium after your free trial ends).
  6. Start learning with ELSA Pro/Premium!

What platforms (web, android, iOS) can accept my promo code?

You can only enter the promo code on mobile/desktop web by following the instructions above. However, once subscribed to ELSA Pro/Premium via your promo code, you can access ELSA Pro/Premium features across all platforms (iOS/Android app and web) if a product is available across all platforms.

Can I share my promo code? 

We offer unique and generic codes, so it will depend on what kind of code you’re trying to redeem.

When does my promo code expire?

The expiration date of a promo code varies, however, that date should be specified when you find your promo code. Please note that if your promo code has expired, you cannot claim it. 

My promo code isn’t working, what do I do? 

Your promo code is not valid for a few different reasons: 

The code was entered incorrectly

The code is no longer eligible (i.e. expired or already claimed) 

You are not logged into your ELSA profile (note: you will need an ELSA account to use a promo code)

You are already actively subscribed to ELSA Pro/Premium, so why not share it with a friend

If a user is age restricted (<13 years of age), they will not be able to use this promo code

I’m already subscribed to ELSA Pro/Premium. Can I use this promo code for my existing subscription?

No. A promo code cannot be used retroactively for a subscription. But you can share it with a friend for him/her to redeem it

What happens if I do not cancel my extended free trial? 

If you do not cancel your extended free trial, it will start your subscription and you will be billed to the payment method originally entered during checkout. 

Will I be notified when my trial is set to end? 

If you subscribed via Google Play subscription: You will be notified via email 3 days before the free trial is set to end

If you subscribed via Apple or ELSA websites, unfortunately you will not be notified. Please cancel the free trial at least 24 hours before the last day to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

How do I manage my subscription? 

Google subscription: Follow the instruction here.

Web subscription:

  • If you are in the free trial: provide the last 4 digits of your card to [email protected] and we will help with cancellation.
  • If you are in an active subscription: open the ELSA receipt (send it to your email address of ELSA account) and click on “Manage subscription” to cancel. If you cannot find the receipt, contact [email protected] and provide the last 4 digits of your card.

Will the subscription auto-renew? 

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by the user. If you cancel during your subscription, you will have your ELSA Pro/Premium features until the remaining time of your subscription.
