With a Premium membership, you’ll have unrestricted access to ELSA AI, Speech Analyzer and all of ELSA features, allowing you to enhance your English language skills without any limitations.
1/ UPDATE IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS:
If you currently have an active ELSA Pro in-app subscription purchased from APPLE/GOOGLE PLAY, you can upgrade your membership from ELSA Pro to ELSA Premium from the APP.
- Tap “Profile” → Click “Upgrade to Premium” → Select your preferred Premium plan.
What will happen when you upgrade from a Pro to a Premium subscription?
Android:
- You will be charged the full price of the new Premium package immediately.
- You’ll receive an extended proration added to your new subscription period based on the time left from the previous subscription.
- The next billing date is the new premium subscription.
- The amount of payment for the Pro subscription will not be refunded after the upgrade.
Apple:
- You will get a refund for the part of your previous subscription that you have not used (the remaining pro days of the Pro subscription)
- You will be charged the full price of the new Premium package immediately.
- The next billing date is the new premium subscription.
2/ UPDATE WEB/VOUCHER SUBSCRIPTIONS:
If you currently have an active ELSA Pro purchased through the website, you can upgrade from ELSA Pro to ELSA Premium by visiting this website https://elsaspeak.com/inf/instagram1/?cache=no
- Choose your preferred package (1 year, six months, one month)
- Login to your ELSA account.
Note: The remaining balance of my current subscription will be applied toward my Premium upgrade discount.
