Hanoi University of Science and Technology, or HUST, is one of Vietnam's leading institutions in engineering, technology, and applied sciences. As the university advances its internationalization journey, it is working to strengthen English communication among faculty and staff. The Challenge

HUST needed to build stronger English communication skills across faculty and staff to support its internationalization goals. The university wanted to expand English-taught programs, deepen international collaboration, and reduce communication barriers. It also needed a learning model that could scale, remain flexible for busy teams, and make progress easy to measure.

The Solution

HUST implemented ELSA Business as a structured AI-powered English learning program for 180 staff members.
