What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in developing our B2B business. You'll manage front-end relationships with potential and existing ELSA for Business clients, working with the senior sales team to create opportunities and schedule qualified meetings. Your business experience, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the online education market will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify engagement, and produce qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities using sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, email).
  • Manage email and cold-calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
  • Conduct cold-calling campaigns into target accounts and industries.
  • Drive attendance at marketing events and ELSA activities.
  • Consistently and accurately track all activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Must to have:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead qualification, business development, telesales, or similar roles ideally within a SaaS business

Others:

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and a high-energy team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs preferred.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
