The Solution

Tri Marine rolled out ELSA Business across all 7 departments, with each employee following a personalized learning path measured against the ELSA Pentagon — pronunciation, intonation, fluency, grammar, and vocabulary. Learners averaged 53 minutes of practice per week, above ELSA's 30-minute weekly benchmark, with intonation and pronunciation leading the gains.

Tri Marine built measurable English proficiency gains across teams — moving the organization from Intermediate toward Upper- Intermediate on the CEFR scale.
