When students cannot express themselves
clearly in English, participation drops confidence declines learning opportunities are lost
ELSA gives every K-12 student structured spoken English practice, instant AI feedback, and the confidence to communicate, without adding to the teacher's workload.
Better speaking outcomes for students. Better visibility for educators
Supporting every student's voice is hard
Teachers manage diverse speaking abilities with limited time. As classrooms grow, consistent practice and measurable progress become harder to achieve for every student.
Without consistent practice, learning gaps widen.
Participation becomes inconsistent
Teachers spend time encouraging participation over learning
Traditional methods provide limited visibility into real progress
Group discussions lose effectiveness
Presentations become stressful instead of learning opportunities

Frequently asked questions
What is ELSA School and who is it for?
ELSA School is an AI-powered English learning platform designed for K-12 Education (5-16 years old). Teachers can turn existing teaching materials - whether it's a list of vocabulary, sentences from a textbook, or a reading passage, into interactive pronunciation lessons which match the classroom curriculum. ELSA School makes it easy for teachers to monitor performance of students across different assignments.
Is ELSA School suitable for University students?
ELSA School is designed specifically for K–12 education, with an interface and learning experience tailored to younger learners and classroom-based instruction. For University students, ELSA Business is a better fit, as it supports more advanced learning scenarios and complex language use aligned with academic and professional contexts.
How do teachers track student progress?
Teachers have access to a comprehensive dashboard where they can view individual student performance, class-level insights, assignment completion rates, and detailed progress reports. The dashboard shows pronunciation scores, time spent practicing, skill development across different areas, and engagement metrics.
Can teachers create their own content?
Yes, teachers can create lessons in ELSA School in two ways using the Content Creator. They can build study sets or read-aloud exercises based on materials from their existing textbooks, or go beyond the textbook by using AI to generate new, original learning materials simply by providing a prompt. The interactive pronunciation lessons are then delivered as Assignments to the Student App where the students practice lesson material.
Is there a trial period available for ELSA Schools?
Yes, we offer trial periods for schools to test the platform. Typically, we provide 5-10 trial accounts for 14 days so teachers and select students can experience the full functionality before making a purchase decision.
What is the minimum number of licenses required for ELSA Schools?
Contracts require a minimum commitment of 12 months.
